Breakfast in a glass! We love waking up to this healthy Mango Breakfast Smoothie, and it’s SUPER fast and simple to make when you’re in a rush to get out the door!
1 medium banana
1 cup natural yogurt
2 Tbs honey or maple syrup
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1 cup ice (optional)
Diced fresh mango
Peel and slice the banana, then peel, slice and dice the mango.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and top with desired garnishes.
