Mango Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1


1 cup sliced mango – frozen

1 small banana – sliced and frozen

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or coconut water

1 ts honey

To serve

diced fresh mango

sunflower seeds


toasted coconut

sliced or diced seasonal fruits – blood orange and blueberries make great pairings with mango.

In a blender combine frozen mango, banana, honey and coconut milk (or water if using).

Blend until smooth.

Pour the mango smoothie bowl mixture into a chilled bowl, top with desired fixings, and serve.
